The TC-54PS14 is an entry-level plasma HDTV from Panasonic's VIERA S14 Series. The television is an upgrade in size to the TC-50PS14, with a 50" widescreen display that has a native resolution of 1080p and contrast ratio of 30,000:1.

Like the other models in the series, it features 600Hz technology to eliminate motion blur, making it suitable for gaming and watching action movies. The plasma also supports 24p cinematic playback, for recreating a theatre-like experience in the home. The TC-54PS14 includes Panasonic's VIERA Link for operating numerous devices on the VIERA remote as well as VIERA Image Viewer for displaying images on the screen from an SD card. It offers a built-in digital tuner and has integrated 20-watt stereo speakers with surround sound technology. The plasma also offers standard connectivity with HDMI, composite, S-Video, and component inputs. The TC-54PS14 is Energy Star qualified and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
