Panasonic VIERA TC-P50S14

$1,359.89 Released June, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Picture looks great out of the box, needs little to no adjustment in most settings. For videophiles and for unusual lighting conditions, settings can be easily adjusted for any environment, even when dealing with direct sunlight. One of the few plasma screens of this size that can be wall mounted.

The Cons:Response time is a bit low for hardcore gamers. Remote lacks features, need to navigate through menus to find most things, doesn't have a backlight. Glossy panel can show reflections, which are easily seen through but noticeable if you look for them.

The VIERA S14 Series is part of Panasonic's mid-range line of plasma HDTVs and incorporates their 2009 NeoPDP technology though removes some of the extraneous features found in the high-end series.
