Panasonic VIERA TC-P58S1

$2,300.00 Released August, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Remote's layout is simple, and the buttons are comfortable to press. On-screen menus are simple and intuitive but lacks detailed options compared to similarly priced options from Samsung. Excellent contrast that produces deep blacks and detailed shadows.

The Cons:Exterior design is somewhat dull when you compare it to Samsung or Sony's highend TV line. Remote control lacks back light. Colour accuracy can be an issue for some, a consistent issue with Panasonic plasmas.

The VIERA S1 Series is Panasonic's mid-range line of plasma HDTVs and incorporates their 2009 NeoPDP technology though removes some of the extraneous features found in the high-end series. For more information refer to the full VIERA S1 Series report.
