Pioneer Kuro PDP-6020FD
$5,500.00
Released June, 2008
The Pros:Black levels are very deep, don't wash out into grey or suffer from flashlighting. Wide array of connectivity options, will work with almost anything. More HDMI and Composite inputs than most households will need, eliminates the need for a receiver.
The Cons:Gives off a bit of heat that needs to be accounted for. Sound from the speakers is adequate, but will be too hollow for a theater experience. Not very energy efficient, draws a fair amount of power.
