NTSC, ATSC and QAM standards are now internally supported, allowing high-definition television viewing without the need of an external digital box. Support for PC signals is slightly reduced, allowing resolutions of up to 1024x768 only. Extreme viewing angles are still supported, however, and inputs for HDMI, PC, and component are still available. While the case has been redesigned, the base is still removable for wall mounting. The unit can display 16.7 million colors, and uses a 30,000:1 contrast ratio to replicate a wide variety of colors and achieve a number of black levels.
